Delete your Battle Vault account

Battle Vault — published by J-Philippe Monniez, trading as TechDevStudio89

You do not need an account to play. Battle Vault is fully playable without one, including two-player games. Linking a Google account only saves your progress online, so you can find it again on another device.

From within the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes less than a minute:

  1. open Settings in the game;
  2. go to the Online backup section;
  3. tap Delete my account;
  4. confirm. Google may ask you to sign in again: this is a safeguard, so that nobody else can delete your account on your behalf.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you have uninstalled the game

Write to contact.techdevstudio@gmail.com from the Google account address you had linked — that is how we can confirm the account is yours.

Simply state that you are requesting deletion of your Battle Vault account. Requests are handled within 30 days, in practice much sooner, and you receive a confirmation.

What is deleted, and what is not

ItemDeleted?
Your account (identifier, associated email address) Yes, permanently
Your online backup (progress, coins, cosmetics) Yes, permanently
Your progress on your device No — it stays
Your purchases (Patron pack, coins) No — see below
Your purchases are not lost. They belong to your Google Play account, not to your game account. The Patron pack can be recovered at any time with "Restore purchases" in the game's shop. Deleting your Battle Vault account changes nothing about it.

Deleting your account does not uninstall the game and does not stop you from playing: you simply continue as any player without an account. You can link one again later if you wish.

Data retention

No data is kept after deletion. We retain no copy, no archive and no delayed backup of your game profile.
